Refund Policy Technical Services


Geek Phone Support issues refund for all problems that turns to be out-of-scope, and problems that cannot be fixed over the phone or remote. If customer is not satisfied with the services, or if the issue was not resolved then customer can ask for a refund, for which, we offer a refund policy as follows:

Applicable for incident based plans

  • Full refund will be given if issue is not resolved
  • ** If the original work was a virus or malware removal and the same virus returns within 30 days we will remove the virus again at no additional charge. If a new virus is contracted during the 30 day period there will be a new virus removal cost if you elect to have us remove the malware.

  • No refund after 15 calendar days of purchasing the plan.

Applicable for Subscription based plans

  • Full refund will be issued if Geek Phone Support has not been able to resolve even a single issue for you within the first 15 calendar days of the subscription
  • If there are one or more resolved issues, the fees for the Subscription Service will not be refundable.
  • Geek Phone Support may, at its sole discretion and on a case by case basis, agree to a refund Subscription fees after deducting charges for servicing the Customer.
  • No refund after 15 calendar days of purchasing the plan.
